You know that feeling when you've been drowning in the snow and you can't wear any fun outfits and you're in a full force fashion rut? That's when you discover Le Tote. I got turned on to this website through a few other bloggers and I'm happy I did!

Le Tote lets you build a closet of items you love and they will send you 5 items at a time to style and wear as you please. If you want to keep something, just don't send it back. Otherwise, you can return the items whenever you want and receive another box.

It's safe to say I was not disappointed to find this gorgeous swing skirt in my first box. This is a trend I love, but have been afraid to dive into. Being shorter, I wasn't sure if I could pull off the look. I paired the skirt with a basic black V-neck and some girly bling.

This oversize stone bracelet from Lalo + Rae has quickly become a new favorite. It adds major glam to any look and goes with just about anything. I can't wait to style it with some upcoming spring looks! FYI, you can get 10% off your purchase at Lalo + Rae with discount code TRENDY10! Run!

Chic City Style

Blazer: H&M
Top: Banana Republic Factory (purchase in-store!)
Jeans: Joe's via T.J. Maxx
Shoes: Necessary Clothing
Bag: ALDO (old)
Sunnies: Karen Walker
Watch: Michael Kors
Bracelet: Bib Jewelry

When I think of "city style", images of high heels and sleek blazers always come to mind. I went with some city vibes here pairing my favorite black pumps with my new H&M black blazer and my go-to black jeans.

This cute vibrant tank was a fun find at the Banana Republic outlet and practically begged me to take it home with a $6 price tag. I can't wait to style it with white jeans and maxi skirts later this spring and summer.

I love how the blazer takes the look from casual to chic, it's great to have a few staple pieces in your wardrobe that can do that so that a.) you don't have to spend on tons of different pieces and b.) you can restyle some of your more casual closet items.

What are your go-to city looks? What piece do you always count on to dress up your look a bit?

Happy New Year!

Top: J. Crew Factory
Skirt: Nordstrom
Vest: TJ Maxx
Boots: Off Broadway Shoes
Clutch: old
Sunnies: Karen Walker
Watch: Michael Kors

Cheers to a fabulous year! 2014 is heading out and 2015 is rushing in and I'm excited to see what it will bring. End cliche year-end commentary.

Let's be honest. This outfit is gorgeous, but realistically, my outfit tonight will most likely be my christmas leggings, a huge sweater, my foot warmer, vino,  and my handsome manfriend and pup as accessories -- the best outfit I could wear tonight.

But in the event I need to be a human and go out in public, this skater skirt and fur vest will do the job. This top and booties were a great Christmas gift from my mom and basically everything looks great with an A-line skirt.

The black clutch says "No, seriously, I'm here to be fancy" and my gigantic sunnies prove I'm fabulous.

What are your plans tonight? What are you wearing?

All The Right Details

Top: Forever 21
Jeans: James Jeans
Shoes: Coach via TJ Maxx
Watch: Michael Kors
Sunnies: Karen Walker
Bag: Chanel

All the right details in all the right places. I couldn't pass up another chance to style this pretty Chanel so I went with a classic, feminine feel with my leggiest skinny jeans, a flirty blush keyhole top, my Coach pumps, and my new MK watch.

I love the way the silver metal bow on the shoes complements the silver hardware on the bag. The black face of my watch ties back into the black quilted leather and the entire look is tied together with a girly neutral top. Top it off with my Karen Walker sunnies and I feel ultimate celebrity status.

This is a perfect outfit for date night in the city, all that's missing is my dirty martini!

TGIF, party people!

All Black Everythang

Sweater: H&M
Leggings: Target
Boots: DSW ($60!)
Watch: Michael Kors
Sunnies: Ray-Ban (on sale!!!)
Bag: Chanel

Rocking all black today, including my great Black Friday purchases. But first and foremost, let's discuss this Chanel(!!!).

My co-worker Alyssa is the type of fabulous I desperately aspire to be when I am securely established in my career. Think an entire closet of Theory, Ferragamo, and Prada. When I helped Alyssa score a stunning Prada handbag at nearly a $1,000 discount, she decided to thank me by offering me access to her best accessories -- like this gorgeous quilted Chanel. I probably shouldn't talk too much more about it, because once I steal it it's going to be pretty easy for her to figure out it was me.

I scored these beautiful OTK boots from DSW on Black Friday and can't wait to rock them all season. While out shopping this weekend, a store employee complimented my "beautiful Stuart Weitzmans". INSTANT VALIDATION. Not only do these beauties give off the same vibe, but they you could buy 10.5 pairs of them for the price of one pair of the original. GET TO DSW NOW.

I scooped up this beautiful MK watch from Piperlime on Black Friday to break things up from the rose gold one I've been committed to for a while. I love the gold and black combo. Prepare to see it often!

Finally, this sweater is only $14 and my sunnies are on sale at Nordstrom! Non. Stop. Shopping.
